Can Cartful integrate with tools not listed here?
Yes. Cartful's custom integration framework connects to any third party that supports APIs, webhooks, SDKs, flat file drops, or event streams. The integrations listed here are the most common, but they're not the limit.
What's the difference between native and custom integrations?
Native integrations have a repeatable setup path with standard mapping patterns. Custom integrations are implemented via API, webhooks, or SDK and configured per project, with full support from the Cartful team.
What data does Cartful share with integrations?
Events (behavioral data like quiz starts, completions, email submissions, and add-to-cart actions) and Attributes (declared shopper intent captured from quiz answers, used for segmentation and personalization downstream).
How does Cartful handle privacy?
Emails and names can be sent via encrypted API to downstream tools when configured. Cartful does not store IP addresses or device identifiers. Only aggregated analytics are stored by default, not PII. Free text answers are not stored.
